Sass Cafe Monaco has been a staple in the Principality for 20 years and if you are in Monaco this June there’s another good incentive to stop by the iconic restaurant. Sass Cafe is supporting the (RED) organization and is proudly participating in its first EAT (RED). DRINK (RED). SAVE LIVES Campaign. All during the month of June, 1 euro from the price of existing dishes will be donated to the Global Fund. In addition, 50% of the sales from limited edition (RED) Suggestions will also be donated to (RED)’s fight against AIDS through the Global Fund.
The feedback we’ve received on these limited edition dishes is in – and they are gooooood! Sass really went all in by creating four new items for the June menu. Including a (RED) Gaspacho (the perfect starter for those first hot summer nights), (RED) Gnocchi Stuffed with Tomatoes and Mozzarella, Basil and Tomato Sauce, (RED) Roasted Lobster Medallion Provençal Style, and to top of the meal a (RED) Fraises Tagada Tiramisu.
And the truly sweet part (no pun intended) 50% of the sales of these dishes will go entirely to fight AIDS through the Global Fund.
These doing-good dishes are in keeping with the rest of Sass’ refined menu and with its Mediterranean and Italian dishes.
If you are not in the Monaco area, however, don’t worry you can still do good since this inaugural food campaign is happening world wide until June 10th (Sass is exceptionally doing the whole month of June);
from New York, to London, to Hong Kong. Find out which restaurants near you are participating & learn more on (RED)
