Narciso Poudrée perfume review.

“I wanted to create an extremely sexy fragrance that would turn a man’s head.”

                                                                                                              – Narciso Rodriguez

As a fragrance obsessed individual , I am always on the look out for new scents that fulfil me with excitement and Narciso Poudrée definitely surpassed all expectations. Not only is it particularly seductive and sensual, this eau de Parfum highlights a natural and mature femininity. It is the new interpretation of femininity as seen by Narciso Rodriguez. A femininity beautifully represented by the face of the campaign, model Raquel Zimmermann.

So why does this launch in particular deserve it’s stand alone article? Well let’s just start with the obvious, the packaging… It is drop dead bloody gorgeous. Just looking at it is a pleasure. Just like a great work of art, you feel great pleasure looking at it each time you enter your bathroom. For his 2016 release Narciso Rodriguez has created a piece of olfactive couture with the maison’s signature cubic glass flacon that embodies an addictive and elegant eau de parfum. Then there is the content, that adds vibrancy to an irresistible blend of sensual woods, Bulgarian rose and white jasmine that surround a heart of musc. If we look a little closer, or shall I say smell ? We notice additional notes of vetiver and black & white cedar. And if that wasn’t enough to convince you its lasting power is really excellent.

Top Notes:
Bulgarian Rose & Jasmine Petals

Middle Notes:
Musk & Powdery Notes

Base Notes:
Vetiver & Cedar

Verdict : This addictive powdery fragrance is bound to send you into the scented stratosphere.

Narciso Rodriguez Narciso Poudrée is available in 30, 50 and 90 ml Eau de Parfum.
