Paleo pancakes served with red fruits, a lovely recipe to try on a sunday morning.
- 1 handful fresh red fruits
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana (big)
- 70g almond powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- a few drop Vanilla or orange flavour
If you want a sweeter taste, you can add some maple sugar to the batter.
|Mix the ingredients all together in a blender|
|Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.|

|Prepare the coulis. Put the red fruits in the blender with a pinch of cinnamon. Reserve some of the fruits for the topping.|
