Paleo pancakes served with red fruits, a lovely recipe to try on a sunday morning.


  • 1 handful fresh red fruits

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana (big)
  • 70g almond powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • a few drop Vanilla or orange flavour


If you want a sweeter taste, you can add some maple sugar to the batter.

Step 1
Mix the ingredients all together in a blender
Step 2
Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Prepare the coulis. Put the red fruits in the blender with a pinch of cinnamon. Reserve some of the fruits for the topping.
