You’ve partied, danced, celebrated and drank… ( possibly a little too much) and are now left on the first day of 2015 feeling slightly worse for wear.. Craving a cheese burger and fries to cure that painful hangover but then all too quickly that list of resolutions you made just before midnight come rushing back to the fore. The usual suspects that appear on the top of everyone’s list every year:

1- Eat healthier

2- Do more exercise

3-Loose weight

4- Get a six pack by summer

It would not show much dedication if we gave up on day 1 to a hangover so we will endure this is one responsibly … Oh , isn’t that also part of our resolutions , learning to take more responsibility?!

Raspberry & Pomegranate Smoothie

Pomegranate is very rich in antioxidants, which is believed to maintain your heart in good condition as well as prevent you from ageing. Added bonus does wonders for your teeth and gums!

-1 Pomegranate 

-1 cup Raspberries

-1 cup of almond milk

-Blend the almond milk with raspberries and fresh pomegranate.

It is believed by many Europeans that eating pomegranate on New Years brings you good luck so grab your blender and enjoy this new years delight!
